Help? Received a "Pending Further Review" from Amex Everyday

I've been trying to get this card forever, but I think this is the first time I received "pending review" notice.  What can I do to increase my chances?

My utilization is at 13% but have a lot of inquiries and new accounts.  Scores are in my signature.

Do you have any derogs in your Experian file? If so, type? Number? Dollar amount? Dates?

Nothing you can do to increase your chances, Amex already pulled your credit file. Give it a couple days. I applied for the BCP on a Saturday night and got the message, by Tuesday I received the approval email. I have a disputed collection on EX, a BK, around 10 inquiries and 5 new accounts in the last 6 months.

It's been denied.

I have a 30 day late payment in 2011 (disputed).  

$100 Medical collection from 2010.

My scores are TU = 718, EX = 692, EQ = 656

Amex just hates me.

I'm so lost at amexs logic. They approve people with 4 year old bk reporting, but deny for a collection. Doesn't make sense!

Different Companies weigh things differently. A collection still has to be paid. I guess with a BK, you've either been forgiven for the debt or you've paid a settlement amount.
