Hey I am new here and have been going to through threads everyday for the past 2 weeks and have learned a lot.
I want to apply for Chase Ink Plus, Citi Thank You Perimer, Amex EDP, and Chase Freedom in March
I own a business and already have:
Amex Business Platinum for over 2 years
US Bank Cash+ for over 2 years, Limit: 9k
US Bank Rev. Line of Credit for over 2 years, Limit: 2500
Sears Mastercard for over 3 years, Limit: 4500
2 Car Loans
2 Equipment Loans: all paid off
CR:
Uit- is at 49% and will be under 25% in March
EX- 712, No lates or Derog, 4 Inquires over 1 1/2 years old
EQ- 738, No lates or Derog, 4 Inquries over 1 1/2 years old
What I would like to know is my CR in good enough shape to get these cards and in which order do you think I should get them?
I was thinking Chase Ink Plus first but I have read a lot about its easier if you have a relationship with Chase but that doesnt mean I cant get it.
IMO your utilization is too high. This does not mean you wont get approved but it will play a factor when applying. Be careful saving chase for last if you have opened more than 5 accounts in 2 years "5/24" rule. You might be denied if you have opened too many new accounts regardless of credit score/history.
Yea Util. is the only thing I am worried about cuz when I apply it will be 25%. I havent applied for any new CC in over 2 years since I applied for the US Bank card so I am not worried about the 5/24.
