Help with Navy federal cli please

On October 1,2020 I opened up a Navy Federal secured card with $1500. In between my March and April statement they unsecured it and now my credit line is $2000.

A few days ago I asked for a cli, as of today my limit is still the same.

I asked my brother about it and he asked did I receive an email that it was processing and I  told him no. Was I supposed to get an email? Or did I ask too soon?

Hi @Anonymous ,

If they are busy it can take up to 72 hours.

You can watch your available credit limit to see if you have been given a CLI.?

If you do not hear anything after 72 hours, you can ask them via secure message or call.

Good luck!

Greetings @Anonymous , I think it can take 24-72 hours unless they need more information, I also submitted for the CLI a few days ago and did not receive any email, like @M_Smart007 said I did notice that my Available Credit is now showing what I requested though my CL is still showing my limit before the request so might want to give that a look.

When your card unsecured  around March-April statement they increased your limit by $500.  I think that counted as a CLI. If so, you would need to wait 181 days from when you received that.
