I would really doubt it.
Look at prequaled for Citi, Discover, Amex, Cap One, Merrick.
DON'T WORK FOR CREDIT CARDS ... MAKE CREDIT CARDS WORK FOR YOU!
Citi may be a little out of reach at the moment. You might try the prequal tools for Discover and Amex, as ShootingFor800 said. Good luck!

Macys store card 9y/o
He have charge off bofa 1.2 month
His score is 705 on experian
Can he get citi costco or not really
Thanks for advise
I just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly. He has an 8 year old Capital One card with only a $750 limit? Has he ever tried for a credit line increase on this card? Have him check the Capital One pre-qual page since he has such a long history with them.
The charge off is going to push Citi away for the time being. Does he have any other late payments or derogatory accounts on his profile? If not, work on getting the charge off to go away and his profile would actually clean up quite nicely with 2 accounts over 8 years old. (And he could get rid of that costly Surge card!) How much is the BoA charge off for?

His charge off amount is 4900
He have fraud alerts on the bureau his working on it to get rid off i suggested him to get some other credit card and get rid of that indigo ill tell him to wait before BOA will be out from bureau
If he has the resources available, he could attempt a "Pay for Deletion" with BoA. See these threads for more info on this matter...

Best of luck, and feel free to visit the credit rebuilding forums for further info on dealing with the charge off.
