US Bank pulled TU on me.

So I got a mailer from Wells Fargo . Platinum card, 0% 18 months, set APR 21.74% (high, but I won’t carry a balance after 0%), with ‘reservation code’. Tempted, but I don’t like or trust WF.
I don’t see many approvals for Wells Fargo mailers w/code like BBVA or BB&T. Thoughts?
I would go with your gut feeling. Our instincts are usually always on target.

Yeah, for a lot of decisions my gut instinct works well, but for financial decisions I like a few more "hints". And . .
Checked Credit Karma this morning (yeah!) and they claim I'm "pre-selected" for Wells Propel Amex at "80% odds". And for Wells Cash Wise and Platinum (my mailer offer) "very good odds". And then I have a Wells checking account again, just for a bonus. And logged into my Wells account I have a promo for Cash Wise, but it just says "You agree that we may consider you for a Visa Signature credit card if you qualify". Hmmm, awfully vague, and the APR is a range, 16.24% to 28.24%. But there's also a promo for Platinum that says "You can choose to stop receiving "prescreened" offers of credit from this and other companies", and the same specific APR as my mailer, 21.74%. So my "hints" are now that Wells is targeting me, and specifically for the Platinum.
About ready to pull the trigger . .
EDIT: Trigger pulled:
