I too have the HD card got it about 1.5-2 years ago can't remember. It has a useless SL of 1K and read that CLI are HP's so never inquired about one. But went and got the Lowe's card with a SL of 6k and grew to 30k just this month. Lowes is also closer to my house so much more use out of them. Good luck with whatever you plan on doing.
