How do u check to see if Cap One approved me?

I did 2 cold apps for the QS and VentureOne, Got the 7 to 10 day massege,What number do you call to see if I was approved?.I called a few numbers on the backdoor post,But still can not get a response from any of the CSR"s

Can't get a response as in no one picks up?  Or the CSR tells you it's still pending as well?

Should have did their card pre-qualifier, if any offers showed up they're usually pretty accurate in regards to being approved.
