I recently did a transfer and would like to transfer more.
my first CLI was approved after 6-7 statements/months
only like 1-2 months after I got another one, and many people report fast consecutive discover CLI's so it's not unheard of

No one knows. Some people get CLI's with only a month wait. Others wait for years without getting one.
Discover CLI's are all over the place.
Since it's always a soft pull, there's no real downside to applying whenever you feel like it, except for the accumulation of rejection snail mail.
If you use it quite a bit you can ask once a month, It's a softpull so nothing to lose
What I learned trying to get CLIs from Discover is that you need to let around 30% of your UTI report on few statements before they will approve you.
@CryptoWI From your post it sounds like you want to do an addtional balance transfer. The additonal balance transfer would cause you to exceed your current credit limit. If so call Discover and see what can be done.

I would avoid a second transfer because CCCs will put it atop the first, meaning you will have to pay through the second one to get at the first. If you plan to pay off both when the first BT's 0% expires, then you're fine, but you won't be able to pay off only the first while leaving the second untouched until its expiration. I would open a Citi Simplicity or like card for an additional BT.

It doesn't work that way with Discover. If you have two zero percent interest balance transfer offers, any payments over and above the minimum payment are applied to the earlier of the two.
Discover has surprised me a bit. My SL in 7-2022 was 7500. Around 4-2023 they bumped me to 9000. I was happy with their kindness and made it my go-to card on the applepay. A couple months later 8-2023, I made a 2k payment on another card...and right after that card reported to the bureaus, discover bumped me up to 11000.
I haven't asked for a CLI yet...but they're always watching.
