How long do you have to wait before applying for another Capital One card?
I recently applied and was approved for the Capital One Platinum Preferred with a SL of $1000. I have a couple of questions since I've never had a card with them. From what I understand, new accounts are eligible for CLIs after 3 months, is that correct? Also, are CLI requests with them always SPs?
Is the 6-month waiting rule still in effect for new cards? I know it was possible to get multiple cards at the same time before Capital One changed it sometime last year and now you have to wait at least 6 months before applying for a new card. The reason I ask is because I've read a couple of posts where the posters were recently approved for another Cap One card about 3 months after the initial approval, so I just wanted to make sure if something has in fact changed.
