So i applied for a Wells Fargo Active Cash Card (after Credit Karma said i had a near 100% likelihood of being approved). I haven't received the denial letter yet, but it's clear that is what is coming. Now the Hard Credit Line pull showed up instantly on Experion, biut i. wasn't notificied here in MyFico and i'm not sure if the other cards have it listed either. I would have assumed they all see it at once...but no alert here makes me wonder. Any clue?
Usaully 1-3 days...
About your "sure to be" upcoming denial... Did you call? Often they just need some data cleared up like a typo or proof of ID etc. You miss every shot you don't take and have nothing to lose calling in, so give it a shot.
Many people here will tell you to not put much faith in CK approval odds, but being you pulled the trigger, they may need or want more information such as to verify your ID, SSN or proof of income. This happened to me with BoA, and all they wanted was to verify SSN and income. I wouldn't have known this right away if I didn't call them. Sent them what they asked for and got a 15k approval so don't count yourself out just yet. Call to see if they need more information from you. Best of luck!

Are you paying for the 3 bureau access here at MyFICO or are you only getting the free score? If you are only getting the one free score, that's Equifax monitoring, so if WF didn't pull a report from Equifax then it wouldn't show up as an alert here under just the free 1 score/CB monitoring at MyFICO.
