I'm trying to get back in with Capital One after a BK7, but am being auto-declined without a HP. The first app was denied due to the recent BK filing, but all subsequent apps were denied due to a "recent/pending application". I've tried waiting 30 and 45 days...is it 60? Or is it different for everyone?

It is 30 days from last application, this includes apps denied because of recent.

I had to call in when I had that issue. I had to wait 45 days (I was already over 30 days since the last app when I called). The prequal opened up at about 43 days, but I waited to be safe. The clock starts over whenever you apply.
