How many Discover cards can you have?

Currently, I have the Discover It Cash Back since 2018 and I'm pretty curious about having a second card such as having their Miles card for example. Every time I check for prequalified offers on their site, they're not able to offer me another card due to "THE NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS WITH DISCOVER FINANCIAL SERVICES." I only have one card and they act like I have multiple cards unless I cannot have more than one Discover card. What do you guys think? All opinions are welcome.

IIRC, 2 active Discover cards (including the biz version).  Unless things have changed recently.  I currently have 2 🤷

Hmmm, that seems strange. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the pandemic which I could be wrong. You know all banks are kinda tightening up on their products these days, don't you think?

Perhaps other members can chime in or anyone who may have recently been approved for a 2nd Discover CC.

I have one Disco card, and the prequal site gave me offers for It CB, Chrome, and Miles.

Wow, ain't that something? I'm not sure why I'm not able to receive other offers in their lineup like you and anyone else which is odd. Do you think I should give them a call in regards to this just to get a more in-depth explanation?

I'd give them a call since # of Disco accounts is a weird message if you only have one.
