How much weight does a Target REDcard hold with TDbank for credit card decisions?

So, I'm curious how much weight does a Target REDcard hold with TDbank for credit card decisions? Is it even factor or is just ignored? 

Their TD Cash Card looks rather decent and has a nice SUB.

It had no influence with Nordstrom, but I don't think it's their account anyways, they just do the servicing.

That's a shame. Nordstrom is my highest CL, $11,200. 

I was thinking about another TD product, but it sounds like that may not make a difference
