How often does Synchrony udpate their SP's for limit increases

Does anyone know how often Synchrony updates their SP's for limit increases?

also, is it based on your date of original application or internal dating at the bank?

From my experience based upon CLI denails in the past and keeping a close eye on the denial letter details. It seems to be 90 days..  

Which BTW I have stopped clicking the CLI button or using the automated system. Now that my scores are up I call Credit Solutions directly and they will do a SP real time for a CLI request.

Was it 90 days from the date of score on the denial letters? or 90 days from some other date? thanks!
