How reliable is CITI Bank's prequalifier site

I tried the Citi Bank prequalifier, as I do every so often. Previously they had no offers, but tonight I got this. How reliable is the prequalifier site. It has a set APR, and the other four card they said I could apply for also have fixed APRs.

IME, it was spot on. I went through the same no offers, then they began to appear with high, but specific APRs. I received one @13.24% and applied and was instantly approved. This was for my DC, my son had the same experience with his TYP.

I get the same as above ^^^, AA, with the annual fee.

Get a weekly mailing from them wanting me to app  for the DC card , with the "pre-approved code, but never shows up in prequalifiying screen.

Congrats on your approval and about the average SL for the DC.. Citi is cheap with that card and CL's for whatever reason as it is suppose to be a daily driver.

Re: How reliable is CITI Bank's prequalifier site

I just checked this too and got the same type of results, but my APR's are wayyy higher... maybe because I burned them years ago. I'm at like 20-24%...
