Do they have the power to do anything other than what the computer says, or is it just a live person to fill out the same CLI request form you can online?
If my $500 ED card doesn't get a CLI soon, I'm closing it. I'm happy to finally be in with Amex, but I won't settle for bottom of the barrel limits.

Exact same as requesting online
