1) credit pulls (19 on TU), no mention of EQ and yes they double pulled again.
2) high revolving balances
3) recent increase in total available credit

So I asked her what Discover considers high utilization. She said "oh that's the information from Transunion." Me: "so Transunion dictates what is considered high utilization and denies a credit card based of that?" She beats around the bush trying to backtrack and then offering me Transunions 800 number. I asked her if Transunion can overturn the denial. And she say "oh I thought you wanted to know what is considered high utilization?!"

I swear, these people are either so good at playing stupid or just plain clueless. They really hope people are completely uneducated about credit just so they can dodge any legitimate question thrown at them. My phone cut out and I won't waste any more of my life on it.
