I Serta Pop up...Please explain😔😔😔

I have been trying to get the iSerta pop up and this is my problem.  Once I make a selection of a mattress, it will ask if I want the 48 month no interest financing.  I say no, because if I opt for that, then I don't stand a chance of getting a pop up because I have determined how I will pay for my purchase.  If you have been successful in getting the pop up, please walk me through it.  Thanks!!!

It is little tricky to get this pop-up. You need to create online account. You put mattress set and frame to the cart. Then you logged back to the online account to see if you get any pop-up. I post a thread how to get a pop-up a few months ago.

How did you handle the financing option that is apart of the ordering process?  Did you say no thanks to the 48 month zero interest?  Thanks!

Thanks Ron, I will look for your post from a few months ago.  it is just a little confusing because part of their process is to accept or decline the financing option.  Did you answer no to that or does it not come up when you essptablish an account.  I will establish the account and continue my quest for the pre approval.  Thanks!

The website was buggy. I kept trying to get pop-up for over a month. I got lucky. I was able to get pop-up. You need to be patience. Sometimes, you might not get pre-approval at all. Check it every few months.

I was t going to sign up right now for the account so I just closed out the popup after it appeared.

I'm not understanding why you would say no to the financing when it's the very financing you are trying to get the pop up for?!

I received the pop up checking out as a guest without creating an account but pretty sure I selected I would be interested in financing but it's been a while and I declined it and then they sent me pre-approval by mail too. I didn't apply

When I select their option for financing, it requires you to complete the application for credit and not an pre approval pop up. If you are saying when you select the financing option, the pre approval pop up takes place, then ok.  If I select the financing option, why would it be a need for the pre approval, I have agreed to a hard inquiry for a full credit application.  Just would like a clarification.   Thanks!
