I currently have a BOA Cash Rewards card with a $500 limit. I asked for an increase to $2500, My scores are Experian 678 Transunion 686 Experian 667. Has anyone had luck at this?
Pretty sure it's a HP either way with BoA.

Not me, they've HP'd me 3 times and denied each time - it's my lowest limit card and I'm closing it as soon as the 00% promotion period is over. Funny thing is, 7-8 yrears ago I had a BoA card with a $17,300 CL which I paid and closed because my finances started to crash - account was PIF and states "account closed by consumer" but today, with healthy finances, it's you are stuck at $2k so it's going to reflect another "closed by consumer" come early Summer.
Good luck with your request, I hope you get at least the $2k I'm not using as an increase
This is the first increase I ever asked for and I got the card in 2010

With BOA it really depends if and how you use their card. They seem to like big payments or PIF, I've had their card since August of 2014 and I've only asked for 1 increase which has brought me up to $17k now.
BOA definitely likes big paymenys. I was not able to get an instant credit line increase on my boa cash rewards visa until my FICO was over 700.
I begged BOA to increase my CLI from 300 to anything on my graduated secure card.
Even though my scores were good.. they saw 1 charge off and denied me repeatedly.
(Back then I didnt know about not having too many HP's :-(

Well they did tell you why they aren't giving you more, so now time to get the CO off your report.
OP did you get the CLI you asked for? If you didn't get any news yet call the credit analyst, that's what I did. As soon as I submitted the CLI I was on the phone immediately lol
