Sometimes if they are busy they hid the option but you just have to keep on going back to the contact us link and eventually it will pop up. Unless you got banned, as I heard some stories of people who have lost their privelages to chat with cap1 i assume for constant interactions, messaging them, lol? But that is extreme haha. More than likely, its just a higher volume time and they will be back for you soon.
