LVNV will stop court proceedings if you call to set up payment arrangement. I would look at who collections are with as a lot of companies have changed policies to delete after paid. I know from experience with LVNV, Midland Credit, Jefferson Capital, Midwest Recovery, IC Systems and LTD. I personally paid one at a time and called them to see what the lowest amount they would accept, paid and moved on to the next one. All mine are paid and last one is being deleted this week!
