Did I play Icarus? Did I try to fly too high too soon???
Let us strategize... (gather round... huddle up)
So... I had 3 collections.... (dont judge me please) One was from a phone company (4 years ago) I was with for a month and the service was awful. I tried to return the phone but they wouldn't take it back.I wrote a letter and offered a PFD. I wrote letters to the other two (medical) One was for 35 freakin dollars the other less than 200 both as PFD. So should I reapply after this is over or give it a while???? Both ladies argued that my credit history is just over a year old (the oldest C1). I know it can be done... What are your experiences??? I can't wait to be able to update this ![]()
CSP, minimum is $5k and until your Venture approval none of your limits were near that amount. I would give it 6 months using your new Venture card with on time payments, work on those PFDs and app again. Good luck!

I think I totally agree... So they mentioned that I had a limited history but I tried to argue that I had 100% on time payments on all accounts. They were both really difficult. Have you had any luck with PFDs??? I'm thinking I should wait what year??? 10 months??? that gives me 2 years of history and nearly a year with the 10k!!!

Yes I've done one PFD and it was a medical collection. I actually went and paid it in person and they deleted it the following month. Definitely a YMMV situation. I would wait at least 6 months, and any longer can be to your benefit. I wish you luck!
