Say I have 7 months of clean credit with utilization around 3%, bunch of enqs that were made during the first month of app spree, and 2 during the past 3 months. Just trying to figure out if they look at all enqs during the past year, or mostly pay attention to what was going on in the past 6 months. I wish I had this info in helping me to determine as to when to apply - at 7 month mark, or wait it out and try my luck at say close to a year. Thank you!
Amex is notably one of the least inquiry sensitive banks when it comes to prime lenders. Your credit history is short but clean; Amex tends to like that. No guarantees though....
be clear of baddies and you should be good to go!
I was approved with 25 inquiries. You'll be fine.
