yeah they do, that's how I got mine. Just google barclay credit card prequalify and it will be a soft pull, they will tell you right away if you qualify or not.
Best of luck!
They did at one time have one but they no longer have it. Been that way for quite some time.
it's very uncool that they took it away,, it was available this past February
BoA always hated me and i have no idea why. I never had a credit card with them but ive had my checking and savings account with them for 15 years. In addition they took over my Countrywide mortgage and never had a missed payment. To be fair tho i havnt applied to BoA in years but their prequal site shows me no love.

You're not alone, their pre-qual site never worked for me either...and I've banked with them for most of my life. I took a chance a couple of months ago and cold app'd for the CashRewards and a week later the TravelRewards. Both approved and my BK13 is still showing on my reports.
Congrats ! The last time i applied i got a we'll let you know letter so after 2 weeks, i went down to my BoA branch and had the manager call into UW where i was then denied. I spoke with the LO who wouldnt even offer me a secured card. I even offered to secure a $500 account with $2500 cash and he said no. Never applied for a BoA again
