I applied for a Chase card twice last night, and once this afternoon. The problem is that each time I clicked submit, it got stuck forever on "Verifying your information". I called Chase the first two times, and they confirmed my application didn't go through, and that there weren't any hard pulls. No alerts from CK, fortunately. No real advice beyond try again.
This is literally the second card I've ever applied for, so I'm not even sure what questions I should ask. Does this happen a lot? Is there any way around it?
