I've been a member since 2006. Use them for checking and savings. Are they still a soft pull to apply for the credit card? My EX is frozen and they want me to unlock it... Just trying to gauge if it will be soft or hard? It's funny that I already see softs on my EX from them in March... Guess due to the banking relationship.

I think it is soft if you apply immediately after getting approved for membership. But if you've been a member for a while and apply I think it would be a hard pull.
