Previously had a card with them for years. Perfect payment hx high balance of 5k. My BK is now 3yo Zales was not IIB. Would like to upgrade my wifes wedding ring for our upcoming 10th anniversary. Any hope in applying with them.

I would say yes..its backed by Citi, and you have Sears, which is Citi as well. Whats your scores, and overall total util like?

I applied and was denied stating BK as the only reason for denial. I wrote a letter req Zales to re-open my old acct and was told that is impossible. Any ideas?

The problem is that my wife now has a 6 k wedding ring that I want to upgrade for our 10th wedding anniversary and if I use Zales financing to upgrade they will give me face value of her current ring toward the new ring. As. Long as the new ring is 10 k or higher. I also want their 18 mo zero APR. not sure why I was denied Zakes was not IIB.
