Is a Pen Fed CLI a Hard or soft pull?

I have two Pen Fed cards that I got approved for last year. I am thinking about asking for a CLI on both cards. Will the CLI inquiry be a hard or soft pull? I would appreciate any insight into this question please.

Penfed is hp for cli's. They can go along way. If you do 1 and are sucessfull and want to try the other one call in because there is a chance the second one could use the first hp. As always, expected a hp and if not thats a bonus. From passed experiance I did them both online back to back and got 2 hp's. Good Luck !!
