It's been gone for awhile now. I actually think it first disappeared right after my last CLI was approved 6 months ago. I'll check next month. I'm not in a rush but I would like to have my average credit limit as optimized as possible when I go for Chase in November. I also just want to get down to no more than like 10 cards.

I decided to hop on chat and ask what was up. She actually hadn't heard of anyone not having the link before but she saw I was eligible and submitted it for me. 

Citi is officially off the chopping block.
