in the meantime.........I would definitely hit the luv button on the cap 1 card and any others that might give you a SP CLI........Cap 1 has been pretty grenerous lately giving out early CLI's ........except for me

I had a Secured Cap1 Platinum $750 CL that I closed today. It would have been 2 years in May, but I did not want to pay another AF $39.  Will apply $500 toward QS. 750/115

Have a CU Secured Visa $1000 CL/ bal. $900 (maxed) that I opened the same day so I don't think my AAOA will be affected ( Currently 1yr 1mth)

I did replace the credit with CLI's from my many Comentity Cards........ Avenue/WomanWithin/VS/HSN/Express/BrylaneHome ( too many store cards but I didn't know any better when I started rebuilding in 2013)

The Quicksilver One will be 1 yr old this May

Hit the Luv button every month, No Luv.....Maybe an auto CL in May when it turns 1 yr.

Last year when I tried applying for another Cap1 Card I was denied. ( too many accounts with Cap1)  Called to recon and was advised can only have 2 subprimes with Cap1.  I'm thinking once my credit report updates the closing of the Secured Cap1 Platinum  I could apply for another Quicksilver.......Or should I wait until next year and apply for Barclay Rewards or maybe BOA?

I think I'll comment since it's my first on here. Applied for rewards card last month denied not enough revolving history limit too low on accounts. So I applied on phone at 830 mountain time got rep said will contact u in 30 days. Hung up and immediately called recon line and got this really nice young lady. She pulled my report and chatted with me for a good while and asked me how come I have so many new accounts and I told her was trying to establish credit again and seen I had 11 INQ on TU and fico 614. And I just told her what she wanted to hear. She wanted to get me approved no checking or savings acc either. My 8 new accounts are only two months old seriously two months and boom she's like I'm going to approve you for 1000.00 and I said thank u mamm u are awesome and I chatted a lil while longer cuz she wanted to talk I guess but long story short I got approved with that on my report so I think u could to just call right after if u get the review message I didn't wait five mins and I called. First recon ever attempted and success baby thanks too reading in here quite a bit. I'm finally a member of the Barclay. Opened accounts only have 3-4 hundred $ limits as well.
