Is there any way to get this offer? (Southwest)

My SO (with a significantly lower FICO score) received an email with this offer,

"Earn 50,000 points after you spend $2,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of opening your account and a $100 Statement Credit after first purchase with the Rapid Rewards Plus Credit Card. This product is available to you if you do not have this card and have not received a new Cardmember bonus for this card in the past 24 months.
$69 annual fee applied to your first billing statement.†"

The only difference between this and the publicly available offer is the $100 Statement Credit. She emailed me the link and I tried using it but it prepopulates her information every time and can't be changed.

I'm wondering if there's any way for me to get this offer? I want to app but I know soon they'll offer 60k bonus, but that extra $100 makes it worth it now.

Also, it's not a prequal she received I know because of this:

"17.24% to 24.24%, based on your creditworthiness. These APRs will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate."

I think I’ve seen that 60K offer during the last 2 late summers.  If your okay with waiting 6 months or so, then your set. Although the 50K is a good offer, too.
