Is this a good sign with US Bank?

I applied for US Bank cash+ CC and i got this, 7 to 10 days message. Do you think it's a good sign, should I call and plead me case? 

US Bank was iiB.

@pizzadude  Yes US bank was iiB about 6 years ago.

Wait for the letter. Hopefully, if declined you could then try to plead your case.

A number of people with BKs have reported getting a secured card with USB so you could try this if you're denied for an unsecured card.
