Is this a solid Capital One approval?

I prequalified for both the Quicksilver and Venture cards today. I was given the rate of 13.74% after 0% for 9 mos. Is this a good rate for them? Lowest or highest Apr? What are my approval odds?

Also, I've removed Citi D.C. from my list due to low SL possibility. Should I app for Capital One QS or Pender's power cash? I want highest SL possibility!!!!!

It's a good rate, the lowest they offer. From what I understand, it's a solid pre-qual since they gave you a set APR instead of a range like 13.74-23.74%. I don't know anything about Pender's. Good luck with whichever you decide.

I think Venture would be a larger SL than QS. Plus you get the $460 bonus, then you can PC next year before the AF hits (or close and combine).
