I'm thinking that no, it isn't, since it doesn't have a specific interest rate listed. Problem is that I think before when I checked it would come back with something like "we couldn't find any offers, but we think you might like this." Below this one it also says "Here are some more customized offers", and lists three more cards.

IMO no, that's just a generic "recommendation" from them
Nope
If you put random info you'll get the same recommendations.

yeah my cat Bruce Wayne who makes 10,000 a year also got a pre qualified offer from Discover too. If it says we recommend ... Nope dont bite
meanwhile BOA he didnt get anything; but they think he will like the BOA 123 card
I just tried it with a bunch of fake information and got exactly the same result. ![]()
Am I the only one who thinks the BOA 123 card kind of, um, sucks? I guess it's okay if you have basically no other cards, but 2% on groceries is nothing exciting as you can exceed that with several cards, and 3% on gas is sort of good, but nothing terribly exciting unless your gas spend happens to be quite high.
It seems like one of those cards that they need to update to make more interesting or competitive as there is nothing it does especially well.

I am only interested in Fidelity 2%, BBR (Several if possible), and Alaska Airlines siggy from BoA, personally.
When I had Fleet before BOA bought them out. I didnt care for them either. And when they wouldnt even give me a secured card I basically blacklisted them from my wallet
