Good Afternoon Forum Members 

I havent applied for a single CC since November 27 2015 and I thought it was going to be impossible with all the pre-approved and pre-screened appys i get in the mail and online.  But honestly no applying has gotten a lot easier because I am determined to get a prime card by the end of next year.  The only way it will happen is avoiding anymore HP's and letting my AAoA's grow.  Thanks to all the members that gave me the advice and motivated me to quit applying and garden.  I notice it's actually peacefull being in the garden and not stressing over getiing approved or not.

That's great. It's getting easier for me also. I haven't applied since Nov 11th decided to garden to get my scores up and let some inquiries fall off.

I completely agree! I have no desire to apply for anything. It is a great feeling!

Congrats on staying in the garden.  It can be really hard to do especially when you see others getting approved for cards with profiles very similar to that of your own.  It can suddenly make you get the itch...and it can be hard to resist sometimes.  But again, congrats for being successful thus far in sticking with your plan.

Thank You for the kind words, yes it is one of the hardest things to do when I read post after post of members getting approved and CLI's even with scores equal or in some cases lower than my own.But it's a relief not to stress about searching for cards and waiting for approvals. You know that 20 to 30 seconds while your computer displays the little circle thing waiting for a response. lol Then is some cases seeing the dreaded thank you for applying but at this time..  it's a drag I am happy to rest for a while and enjoy the garden and all its peace.
