Just app'd for Amex platinum

Got the dreaded 14 day message. Odd thing is application status doesn't show platinum app at all. Only shows the previously approved BCP. Any ideas?? I can't call the number provided either. It's Sunday and Easter lol. Really looking to hear from all you good people.

Their website has been doing some quirky things. I logged in earlier and it gave an error message to log back in within 24 hours... I waited a hour or so and logged back in fine. However, the account settings section just says "come back later". They may just be doing site maintenance. I would give it until Monday.
