Keep getting Green Card Pre-Approval from Discover

Like I was saying, I keep getting that Green Card in my pre-approval screen. Only thing is it has a variable APR of 10% is from lowest APR ot highest? I dont REALLY need the card, but I have been wanting Discover for a long while. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Semper Fi

Unless something has changed, Discover's preapproval aren't very reliable. You used to be able to put a fictitious name and still get a preapproval lol. Like I said, unless something has changed, I wouldn't trust it.

Nah..... Although I will say you have a good shot at one even without a preapproval. You don't have any baddies on EQ do you?

I do have 4 paid and released tax liens? Other than that I am clean

Dont they pull EX? Thats the score they give me on their scorecard?

I haven't really known them to actually pull EX for apps though. EQ or TU. Check Credit Pull Database and see what you find.

From what it seems in Ohio, they tend to pull either? Grrrrrrrrrrr
