@JcT21 wrote:i used to hit the button about every other week or so. sometimes it worked but mostly i got the 2-3 day message. then i get the "a new document is waiting for you" email. always the same thing saying there has been a recent change to this account. csr told me they only give cli's every 6 months. i know thats not true, ive gotten cli's much quicker before using the luv button. but i dont do that anymore, especially since i got my venture card. ill patiently wait for an auto cli or 6 months before asking. im afraid they will think im too credit hungry and flag me as a risk. dont want to do anything to mess things up.
Venture I got my CLI on the exact 2 month of having the card as most people have on here
I got an increase on my QS at the two month point - after a couple dozen reject letters for the account being too new.

I push it at leat 3 times a month lol just to see lol but today received a different message instead of the2-3 day message I got a credit specialist will review your request and will notify within 10 days.
As anyone ever received this message
I have two accouts with capital one.. one always gets the 2-3 day message with the response that they are "evaluating my credit at assigned limits". Then I have my second card which will always receive the 10 day review message but I never received a letter. But what seems to have happened is that I had a "Facta" verification hold to which they had to call me to verify my info and I could not call them. I had missed their call and they (only attempt to call you once) so I requested another increase prompting the message again. Once I was able to verify my information they did give me an increase of $400 to put me at $3900. But they had also sent me a letter from the EO department stating they were unable to contact me although I had already received the increase I put in another request for an increase on both accounts as the lady advised me it was okay to do so even after a recent increase.. The lady advised me that an underwriter will review my account and I should know something within the next 5 days. And I now wait but it sounds like you should get an increase as I noticed that most denials are instant.
Its funny you say that I did get a letter from the executive office saying main reason for CLI denial is unable to contact me
Also I tried for a CLI on my other cap one card and got the normal 2-3 day message like always
i click on my CLI button every day.... if it is a SP, why not try and play slots with it. the worst they could do is tell me no, not right now.... so far, for the past 3 weeks, i have pulled the button on all 3 of my Cap1 accounts.

What was your starting Venture cl, and what did they increase it to at the 2 month mark?
