Cap1 guarantees 3 HP's. Sir Barclays and Comenity guarantee AA

Amex guarantee's clawbacks. Chase almost always guarantee's denial over 5/24.

Sync guarantee's to close your cards without warning  ..(reason's unknown)

And @AverageJoesCredit is guaranteed to be rejected by PenFed.
