So a couple month's ago I lost my Kohl's card because for some reason when Cap-1 migrated it, my physical address didn't migrate in the system. I did get the notification that they needed an address added, but I got busy and forgot, so they closed it. For giggles today I decided to try the pre-approval and lo and behold it surprisingly shows up. My credit is garbage because I did default on a number of cards. 
Oops. I knew I forgot something.
Question is, what are the odds Capital One will actually approve me for this card? Are they pretty lenient when it comes to retail cards?
