Lowes by far is the mother load in CLs for Synchrony. PayPal Mastercard tops out around $10k for most folks. Lowe's goes to $35k without IV. If you shop at Lowe's it is a very good card to have.
Not always, where Lowes makes up is when you call immediately for an increase after being approved.
Yes I have both. I applied for Lowe's in store. They pull EX instead when you do in-store app. EX was a 763. Starting limit was $6k. I called and ask for $20k while still in the store. That was instantly granted. After I received the card a week later, I went online and requested a CLI to $30k. Another instant. So I went back in and ask for $35k. It was another instant approval.
Limit went from $6k to $35k in seven days. Lets me know I could have asked for $35k from the start.
My AAOA was 1.9 yrs with over 20 new accounts in 18 months.

They'll pull TU. Good thing is you already have a track record with them. A month after the Lowe's card. I grabbed a Walmart and Marvel MC. I have four Synchrony cards now. All of them are $10k. Besides the Lowes card.
The higher the TU the better. Do you own a home?
That's more incentive for them to give you a higher limit. Home owners are Lowe's bread and butter.
I'd assume you'll be approved. The CLI potential is great for the Lowes card. You'll be in the 5 figure range before you know it. All of my other Synchrony cards are stuck at the $10k wall. Which is more than fine honestly.
