Lack of Pre-Qual Offers

Even with Citi and BoA Never had preapproval offers from them but I tried onlline application an applied and got approved for both cards

That's helpful. I've been hestitant to apply for an AMEX without receiving the a pre-qualifying offer. Perhaps I'll just cold app it this week.

I don't get any pre-approvals for Cap1, which I have no intention on applying to because of the 3 pulls, but I just like to see. I also don't get any pre-q with Citi, which seems to send me an app to apply once a week. Go figure. But Chase pulls up three.

There is no rhyme or reason.
