Langley FCU CC..... membership second ?

On the Langley FCU application.page it has a slot for the membership number but no asterisk showing it is required.

It will also allow you to fill and submit the whole application without it.

Has anyone ever been approved for a CC this way and then to get the approved card membership follows ?

I am a member and have the CC but DW filled out the app this way earlier today (she isn't part of this community) so I figured I'd ask here for any insight.

I don't have an exact answer.

Just my opinion .. Most CU's want you to be a member before allowing credit products.

Possibly a few exceptions to the rule.

If DW is approved...she'll likely be asked to open/fund a savings account (at the least) when she accepts the approval.
