Thought came to me that I might request a CLI from Chase for the CSR with my improved profile with scores being minimum of 740 scores all CAs with FICO 8, so I wanted to know the biggest CLI others have received from Chase when requested. I haven't taken on any new accounts since may March of last year and that was only 2 - Kane’s furniture cards. Also, as I said earlier, have payed off massive amount of debt causing my scores to be higher than they have ever been, espciallly when I first applied with Chase for the CSR 3 years ago. I know Chase can be very particular bout things, but we're planning a big family trip and even though CSR is main driver, I wanted to increase the limit.
I've had them double the limit in the two cases where I have received CLIs by request. The most recent was my CSR that went from $14k to $28k a few years ago.
Last (and only one on CSR) I asked for was for $20,000 ($30,000 -> $50,000) and was approved over the phone.
That's amazing y'all!!! Thank you for the feedback - very much appreciated. Gives me more confidence that although I may not get the limit I want, it's certainly possible to get a large increase.
Just be aware, Chase is 1 and possibly 2 HP. CLI requests also fall under 5/24. If you've opened 5 accounts in 24 months, CLI will be automatically denied. No recon.

What?! Even CLI!!...well looks like I'm going to have to wait it out till June then - bummer
i just got a Chase CLI of $6k last week - and i have 10 new accounts in the last 24 months and 5 in the last 12 months
and i just dropped under 5/24 3 days ago (Mar27) - and got a new Chase card today, with the same stats as above

My suggestion would be to wait until 1st of month on next month you fall under 5/24. If you become 4/24 in June, then wait until July 1st.

Well then I'm seeing this as a YMMV situation regarding the CLIs being part of 5/24. I may have to risk the HP (possibly 2) to get a definitive answer. If anyone else has any further DPs, please let me know. Thanks.
