I would check out a few local CUs or National ones as well like DCU, NASA, NFCU, SDFCU and I would use joint tax returns to prove income, income these days with a few exceptions is "what you reasonable expect to be able to get your hands on".
you have to be a member of ANY credit union for any of them to talk to you. but you can join most for a small donation or belong to an organization that works with them. I'm sure there is a local CU where you live...correct?
