A very interesting reply. You must have allot of knowledge.

So with that being said I call the "community here" to give me at least five, other than.

That ignore new credit and is not credit sensitive. But look @ high income, Score and everything else positive.

1. FNBO ( a crazy company 5 cards app in a row.

2.BMO Harris ( looks like they don't care either)

3. Aspiration ( didn't care either)

One note " does anyone know how " to apply for second card. Haven't been successful. [ need a hack].
4. NFCU [ the exception] got the daily double all ready.

Of course talking about these institutions using "Experian."

I need some information from the experts on this community.
