7/24/15  Chase Hyatt.  App went pending and called next business day for verification.  Approved 24k

7/26/15  Chase IHG.  App went pending and called straight to UW.  Denied too many new accounts + just approved for Hyatt at 24k. Used same 7/24/15 HP

8/19/15 Chase Marriott. App went pending, decided not to call.  Approved Marriott ($6,600) showed up in my Chase online account access.  New HP

8/23/15 Chase United.  App went pending, decided not to call.  After a few days, Approved United ($8,000) showed up in my Chase online account access.  New HP

9/1/15 Chase IHG.  App went pending, decided not to call.  The next day Approved IHG ($8,000) showed up in my Chase online account access.  Used same HP from 8/23/15..

9/4/15 Chase Fairmont.  ...

👆🏾😱 3 approvals in a 13 day span!!! now that really makes my app fingers itch. I just got the British Airways on 9/1 (applied 8/28) - I only managed to let it stew a few days.

👏🏾👏🏾 bravo!

Talked to my personal banker on Friday and he confirmed the United MileagePlus Club AF is waived if you apply in-branch so now I'm really itching. I however don't think I have the same juice as you. Income $65k and EX FICO 678. Utilization is at 8% and I may have a ton of INQs in the last couple of months (just wouldn't say NO to Freedom) - never got it. LOL

Maybe I need someone to talk me back to reality, but I'm really considering making a move. Maybe Hyatt.. why 12njoy why??? grrr

@FinStar,

Thanks for the vindication. That was my plan to wait to go just past the 30 day mark, maybe 37 days. That'll be 5 weeks. Once I get this card, I'm done with Chase apps. I promise. Chase sent me a promotion for checking with up to $500 bonus. That's the first from them so I must have moved up in their internal scoring system.

I don't mind taking the blame since you tasked the forum to find you another co branded Chase CC.  And, I did  Smiley Very Happy  I would be very curious on the outcome on that one.  But, I don't think I've seen many data points or in-depth information about it.  It's definitely not one you see on the approval forums or creditboards for sure!

Now that you've been more loving and commited to Chase, it sure looks like they want your monies!  And, depending on the new deposit offering, wouldn't hurt to get some extra cashola if you open a new account with them.  All of course, depending on whether you want to commit some extra $$ with opening an account with DD.  But, you're loaded so you shouldn't have an issue Smiley Very Happy   Besides your CCs, do you currently bank with them?

@gardeningtate,

I know, I know. I had 20 inquiries on EQ when I started wroth the Hyatt in July 2015. That apparently didn't bother chase for the cobranded cards. Go for it I say. If you already have many inquires one more isn't going to hurt. It may produce fruit

Because he's awesome and that's how he rolls!  Plus, it seems he is willing to push the envelope (i.e. b*lls  LOL) so others can benefit or learn from his experience.

Re: Looks like Chase may have a 30 day application max afterall

well, I guess we know what I'll be doing on Tuesday during my lunch break. I think the in-branch United offer is $1k spend so that with BA's $2k is quite manageable... the wheels are turning now.

Only concern though is...

Ritz, 5/15 SL - $5k

BA    9/1  SL - $2k

I could be b*llsy and still be treadmilling nowhere fast.

 It's always nice when They use the same inquiry as before.

Let us know the outcome.  Are you applying for the Club ($450 AF) or the Explorer ($95 AF) version?  If the latter, then the online application is the same spend for 30,000 points and the 1st year AF is waived (can't recall if the 50,000 points offer expired).
