Love Buttons and Recons

So now that I am rebuilding I have a couple questions in regards to credit cards:

1) I see a lot of people that are saying they are hitting the "Love Button" for auto CLI. I have Cap1 and have no idea what they are talking about or where. Anyone help with that?

2) When you call for a recon, is there a specific department you need to be talking to? I am trying to educate myself more and more and seen a lot of discussions about this.

Luv button = credit line increase button

For Cap One the button isn't exactly well placed 

1. login to account

2. select services

3. request credit line increase

4. fill out form and see what happens

lol initial CLI 300, submitted for CLI and got increase of 500....after getting my NCFU nRewards card today for $7K CL, today was a good day

Got both my Cap1 cards increased today....still waiting to see if they auto CLI @ 5 months
