Lowe's Application Question

Has anyone had any luck with soft pull Lowes approvals? I was told by the agent if I only put in my last 4 then it would be a soft pull approval. It was through their messenger. I think I will call in tomorrow to verify if this is true. If so, I will definitely apply.

@shane1978 - the pre-approved portal is SP when checking for offers. Regardless of what they tell you via messenger, once you accept the pre-approved offer even if it only prompts for the last 4 of SS#, it will be a HP, not SP. Also, ensure SageStream/Innovis is not frozen if you intend to apply.

You bet. I know that sometimes agents can be misinformed (or may not know) and one may end up doing something inadvertently on such advice. So, glad you checked the forums.
