My scores are pretty decent (around 720ish), but as a student who only works during the summer, my annual income is around 9k (My parents support me and pay for food and rent, so it's more than enough for now even though it's low).
Does anybody have experience with which cards would be a good idea or what lenders are willing to give as SLs to those with lower income? Whether or not those can be brought up significantly once income increases (after graduating presumably)? Not planning on applying for more cards at the moment, but planning ahead.
I got my Discover card when I was a student making about as much as you are making. They gave me a $2k starting limit. Less than 2 years later I am graduated and have a credit line of $12k. I see in your signature that you already have the Discover Student card. You may want to try applying for the regular Discover It card.

When the time comes, just apply for the cards that will work for you. Dont worry about lender's friendliness income wise, worry about what works for you finacially
Income is just one part of the equation, so dont sweat it too hard. How you manage your credit is just as important.
Sometimes increase in income can lead to CL increase, but that really happens indirectly.
More money, more spending, higher chance of CLI.
Most lenders will not give CLI just because we enter higher amount. If it only were that easy lol
Honestly, based on your signature, you already have a decent lineup. I would just keep using those responsibly and then when the time comes, apply for the card you REALLY want. CLIs are possible even if you start with a low SL, so don’t worry about that. Your Cash Magnet will most likely grow very well for you.
I will second the idea of a regular Disco card, though. Discover grows well and often start with generous limits even for low income.
Good luck!
